New LP Album “Horror Spectrum” by the psychedelic rock band BUNNIES
On Friday 25 April officially came out the new LP “Horror Spectrum” of Bunnies, under Birdwatcher Records, which explores the dark depths of their art-rock cosmos with Horror Spectrum, uncovering slithering, shimmering, and screaming sounds. Horror Spectrum is a seven-track journey that pushes the limits of Bunnies’ already unorthodox discography, from the alien throbs of “Eyer of Ire” to the technicolor euphoria of “That Evil Ghoul.”

This record, which is equal parts krautrock ceremonies, noise rock exorcism, and psychedelic hallucination, sounds like the aural aftermath of insane chemists and physicists using an analog synthesizer they dug up from a haunted tomb to call forth spirits. The band BUNNIES, renowned for their art-rock style and willingness to venture into uncharted musical ground, created an album characterized as a “freakish entity”. There are already 3 music videos.
“Vile Child“, the track was released as a single on March 7, directed and animated by @raging_animation, complements the band’s experimental sound with visually striking imagery. The second video released on April 4, 2025,
“Eyer of Ire” is an overwhelming and solemn sound, enveloping and penetrating voices. The track showcases the band’s signature blend of experimental rock elements, characterized by its intense instrumentation and evocative lyrics. The accompanying music video, directed by Delilah Mossy, complements the song’s themes with visually striking imagery.
“Igor the Gory” is a track featured on their LP Horror Spectrum, released on April 25, 2025. The official music video, directed and animated by Mount Emult, showcases a blend of psychedelic rock elements with animated vivid visuals. Bunnies are able to map out mythological soundscapes with the joy of cartographers engrossed in their own invention, something that few bands dare to do. It is both strangely thrilling and incredibly unnerving to listen to this strange record. Horror Spectrum vibrates with songs pulling you by the ankles into worlds where time dissolves into distorted rainbows, sound has teeth, and the music seems to be planning a nefarious scheme.
