The run will draw from his full catalog, including material from Dance Hall Putsch, his 2024 solo album released via GIVE/TAKE Records (read our interview with En Esch on Dance Hall Putsch).

Description: En Esch announces a nine-date US tour for spring 2026 in support of Dance Hall Putsch, released via GIVE/TAKE Records.
The tour follows three east-coast performances in 2025 and includes an appearance at Dark Force Fest in Parsippany, NJ on May 1. Dance Hall Putsch was Esch’s first full-length solo release in eight years. The album began taking shape during the early pandemic period, but its direction changed after the Russian invasion of Ukraine in 2022. In our interview, In our interview, Esch described the proximity of the conflict to his home in Berlin as a direct influence on the record’s political content: “The war is only 500 miles away from Berlin and it is the most brutal event on European soil since WW2.”
The album features collaborations with Raymond Watts, Guenter Schulz, Hope Nicholls (Sugarsmack, Fetching Bones, Pigface), Vas Kallas, and Mea Fisher, among others. Esch noted in our conversation that the track “Do It,” featuring Nicholls, was the first piece that locked the album’s direction; it originated from vocal recordings she sent him on cassette years earlier, while he was still living in New York.
Before Dance Hall Putsch, Esch’s solo discography includes Cheesy (1993, TVT Records), Spänk, and Trash Chic. He has also recorded with Slick Idiot, his project with Guenter Schulz, and collaborated with artists including Rammstein, FM Einheit (Einstürzende Neubauten), Mona Mur, My Life With The Thrill Kill Kult, and Sister Machine Gun.
