Fernández Suárez and Barrière release Adela through Morc and Three Four

Eva Fernández Suárez and Thomas Barrière recorded Adela as their first collaborative work, although both had established practices in different musical fields prior to this release. The sessions followed Fernández Suárez’s personal loss in 2016, when her mother, Adela, passed away. The album takes its title from her name.

Eva Fernández Suárez is a Spanish-born vocalist and performer with an academic background in early music and contemporary vocal technique. Thomas Barrière is a French composer and multi-instrumentalist associated with microtonal guitar work, extended techniques, and acoustic minimalism.
