Homemade-Mayonnaise-Eggs-Free

It’s light, healthy suitable for egg intolerance and vegan.

I combine in the mixing bowl soy milk, lemon juice and help myself mixing with the whisk.

Then I add dijon mustard, salt, pepper and slowly extra verging olive oil, keep mixing until my cream get thicker. It takes really few minutes to get our mayonnaise ready.

We can store it in the fridge and use it when need it or tast it immediately with our favorite meal.
