How to make a tasty Avocado Cream

Avocado contains around 20 vitamins and minerals, that make it a naturally high nutrient.

Avocado is rich in fiber, so can help us feel full faster and aids weight loss.

It makes tastier all sorts of dishes due to its creamy texture and nut alike flavor, therefore, is easy to incorporate it into our daily diet.

Eating avocado helps to have an healthier heart, lower blood pressure, better skin, improving our nutrient intake and helps us to lose weight without feeling hungry.

A Healthy Avocado Cream is easy to prepare and adding a few spices can increase its health benefits on our body.

Let food be your medicine, and medicine be your food


  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tsp Himalayan pink salt
  • Some coriander sprigs with fresh leaves
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp cumin powder

What you need to make Avocado Cream:

  • Hand blender
  • Mixing bowl

I use to start to prepare the Green Avocado Cream cutting the garlic and the coriander.

Next, I cut the lime into two parts, remove the skin ( I don’t throw away the skin, but keep it for natural Eco-friendly use) and then put the two halves of the lime in the mixing bowl with the garlic and coriander.

I cut the avocado in half lengthwise and then gently twist the two halves in opposite direction.

I remove the pit with a spoon and take each of the avocado halves and slice lengthwise so I can easily peel away the avocado skin from the flesh and then put the avocado’s flesh in the mixing bowl.

I add black pepper, cumin seeds, sesame seeds, Himalayan pink salt, and Extra Virgin Coconut Oil.

Using the hand blender I quickly mix all the ingredients and have a soft cream. In the end, I add cumin powder to make it more fragrant. This Healthy Avocado Dip is perfect for appetizers, spread on bread, use as a salsa for pasta, in every sort of dish.
