One very easy and quick delicious recipe for asparagus is make a no cook soup.

A simple chili spicy asparagus raw soup ready to enjoy is delicious.

A spring veggie soup is also a green boost of energy for our body.


Four person portion

  • 300 gr of fresh young green asparagus
  • 1 cup of fresh spinach
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 6 cloves
  • 1 ginger
  • Curly-leaf parsley
  • 3 Thai green pepper
  • 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp of salt
  • 1 tsp of black pepper
  • 2 cup of fresh water

What you need to make Asparagus Spinach Soup

  • Blender
  • 4 plates


No cook soup you can serve right from the blender

I put asparagus (keeping few heads for decorate the dish), spinach, green onion, garlic clove, cloves, ginger, Curly-leaf parsley and Thai green pepper in my blender and mix until I get a green fresh cream.

Next I add the fresh water, extra virgin olive oil, salt and black pepper.

I help my self with a spoon and I fill the 4 plates with the raw soup.

It taste delicious and is perfect for summer time when we are not in the mood to cook.

The aroma is delicate and in the same time Thai pepper and ginger give to this soup a chili spicy flavor.
