Label: Western Vinyl

Western Vinyl was founded in 2005 in Austin, Texas, by Ryan Perkins. The label has built its catalog around experimental, ambient, and indie rock releases, working with artists including Loma, Helios, Celer, Greg Haines, Benoît Pioulard, and Rafael Anton Irisarri. The label has maintained focus on atmospheric and textural music while occasionally expanding into more pop-oriented territory. Western Vinyl operates as an independent label with distribution through various digital and physical channels, typically releasing between 15-20 albums annually across vinyl, digital, and limited cassette formats.
