What you need to make Lentils Crackers:

Homemade crackers are very easy and simple to prepare.
First I preheat my oven to 200° C. Next I mill the dry lentils to obtain lentil flour.
I combine in a bow all the ingredients, then I mix them adding the water and extra virgin olive oil.
If necessary I add more flour if the dough is too sticky. I knead the dough until it’s smooth.
I roll out the dough, until it turns thin and evenly without tearing.
I use different cutter shapes to prepare the crackers.
Finally, I carefully put all the unbaked crackers on a baking sheet with baking paper. I bake them in preheated oven for 20 minutes until they turn brown and crisp.
During baking, my kitchen was immediately immersed in a deep and inviting aroma of lentils.
The flavor is intense, these lentil crackers can be eaten alone or can be the perfect match for every cream we love to eat with them.
