Ingredients:
- 1/2 purple cabbage
- 1 roll of puff pastry
- 1 red onion
- 250g firm tofu
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 tsp five spice powder
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- A mixing blow

Give it a try to this healthy, simple, exotic and psychedelic purple cabbage tart.

First I preheat my oven to 220° C.
Next, I chop the cabbage and the onion and then put them all in the blender.
I combine in a bow all the ingredients and mix them adding tofu, salt, cumin seeds, five-spice powder, and extra virgin olive oil.
Using the hand blender I quickly mix all the ingredients and have a soft mixture.
Finally, I carefully put puff pastry in my baking pan and start to spread the purple mixture.
I bake the veggie tart for 35 minutes.
I made this veggie tart for the first time and I have to say that I was happily surprised by its light, refreshing and fruity taste, due to its delicate natural flavor and for the exotic aroma added by the five-spice powder.
