The Birthday Massacre releases All Of You ahead of Pathways album

The Birthday Massacre will release a new studio album titled Pathways on 11 April 2025 through Metropolis Records. The release follows Fascination (2022), Diamonds (2020), and Under Your Spell (2017), continuing the group’s involvement in gothic rock and electronic music.

Two singles have already been released from Pathways. The first, Sleep Tonight, was issued on 28 February 2025. The second, All Of You, was made available on 28 March 2025 to coincide with the launch of a 29-date North American tour. According to the band, Sleep Tonight addresses recurring memories and unresolved feelings, while All Of You concerns the emotional effects of death and the difficulty of recovering from loss.

The North American tour began on 28 March in New York City and includes performances across the United States and Canada through early May. Cities include Chicago, Denver, Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas, Atlanta, and Toronto. A 13-date tour in the United Kingdom will follow in October 2025, starting on 24 October. The Birthday Massacre was established in London, Ontario, Canada in 1999. The lineup has included Chibi (vocals), Rainbow (guitar), and other members over time. Originally called Imagica, the band adopted its current name in 2001. Their early sound drew from synth-pop, post-industrial, and alternative rock.

The group’s second album, Violet, released in 2004 and reissued in 2005, gained wider attention, particularly for tracks such as Blue and Happy Birthday. The album played a central role in defining their early musical identity, which often combines synthesizers, melodic vocals, and distorted guitar.

Subsequent releases such as Walking With Strangers (2007), Pins and Needles (2010), and Hide and Seek (2012) expanded their presence in the alternative music scene. The band has released music consistently through Metropolis Records and has maintained an international touring schedule, with performances across North America, Europe, and elsewhere.
