Undramaa Announces New Track “Reset and Resume” and Upcoming Album

Undramaa, a grunge-metal and noise-pop band from Montpellier, France, has released a new track titled Reset and Resume. This follows their debut single, Some Other Time, which was released a few weeks earlier. Their first full-length album, Print the Dirt, will be available digitally in March 2025.

Formed in 2022, Undramaa brings together musicians from different projects with experience in metal, grunge, and noise music. The group consists of Patrice Duthoo (vocals, guitars), Christophe Sala (bass), and Vincent Villier (drums). In June 2023, Elliot Villier (guitars, backing vocals), the son of Vincent Villier, joined the lineup.

Members of the band have previously been involved in groups such as Doctor Livingstone and Illegal Process. Their music incorporates elements of heavy guitar-driven sound with melodic structures.

Print the Dirt includes ten tracks recorded and produced by the band. The drum sessions were tracked at Subsonic studio in Montpellier, while other recording and production tasks were handled by the members themselves.

The name Undramaa combines the Icelandic word “Undra,” meaning “wonders,” with the Finnish word “Maa,” meaning “land.” The band describes their music as a combination of metal, grunge, and noise, integrating melodic elements.

Print the Dirt will be released exclusively in digital format in March 2025.
